About
BSc in Physics - University of Missouri (2004)
MSc in Astronomy - University of New South Wales (2008)
PhD in Archaeology - Macquarie University (2011)
My primary research area is understanding how the night sky played a role in Australian Aboriginal cultures of the past and present by researching rock art sites, including engravings, paintings, and stone arrangements (Archaeoastronomy).
I'm also heavily involved with astronomy outreach and education at Sydney Observatory and the Foundation for Astronomy at Macquarie University, as well as presiding over the Macquarie Skeptics Society.
